Finding and growing great product managers
Great product managers are always in high demand. But they can come from lots of unexpected places; in fact they must, because they need to possess elements of lots of other specialties – design, engineering, sales, marketing, business, etc. So where do you find them? This talk will consider some of the uncommon places to find PM talent, and some of the questions you can ask to judge if they’re all that. Bring your own ideas, too, and we can all get better at finding and growing those raw talents.
